Sidekick Commission Requirement
Sidekick commissions are only accepted if the customer owns or provides a 3D printed or physical miniature version of the sidekick. Please ensure you have the physical miniature before submitting a quote request.

Ordering & Slot Reservation
All miniature commissions are priced at a base rate of ₱200 per physical miniature. Additional charges may apply depending on customization, basing enhancements, special requests, large miniature requirements, and other applicable add-ons.
A minimum 10% downpayment of the approved quotation amount is required to secure a commission slot. Submitting a quotation request or receiving an approved quotation does not automatically reserve a slot.
The commission slot is considered secured once the required downpayment has been received and confirmed. The remaining balance must be settled according to the applicable payment terms before the completed commission is released or shipped.
Final pricing is based on the approved quotation. Additional requests or changes made after approval may require a revised quotation.
